Beauty Booster

Beauty Booster, also known as mesotherapy, is an injectable treatment for body contouring. Originally it was used for pain relief, as its popularity has grown, mesotherapy is now often used for removing excess fat in small areas such as the face, arm, stomach, and thighs; tighten loose skin, and remove wrinkles and lines.

The technique uses very fine needles to deliver injections into the middle layer of the skin. Depending on your situation and needs, your doctor may use different solutions for the injections. You may or may not have numbing applied to your skin before the treatment.

Compared to liposuction which is also used to remove excess fat, mesotherapy is considered less invasive than liposuction. Liposuction is a surgical treatment that involves inserting tubes into the skin and suctioning out the fat. Although it is effective in permanently removing fat, it has a higher recovery time, and higher risk for burns and infections. Meanwhile mesotherapy is non surgical, but does require more sessions to achieve ideal results.

If you are considering mesotherapy please consult with our doctor first. At 67 Degree Clinic, we have licensed doctors who have a wealth of experience with mesotherapy. As there are no standard formulas for mesotherapy, the efficiency of the formula is dependent on the doctor’s knowledge and experience.
